2. What is your shipping solution?
We offer EMS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, CHINA POST, ARAMEX, City link and DEPX which can ship the parcel to most countries in the world. And except DHL, we have better shipping solution which is tax covered to some countries, please contact us if you are interested.
3. What is the shipping time?
Delivery time is 3~9 business according the shipping way you choose. The fastest shipping way we use is official DHL, it just needs 3-5 business days to arrive.
Please kindly note if you want to get the dress on certain date, you need to place order in advance for at least one week. Because we need 1-3 business days to process the order, it doesn't mean you will have the dress in 3 days after you order even if official DHL choose. Just contact us for more details if any questions
4. What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is according to your order quantity and destination country. It will calculated automatically when you checkout. Our sales consultant will assist to choose the most cost-efficient shipping way.
5. How can I know the parcel status?
When we have dispatched your item, we will email the tracking number and go on send the most up-to-date tracking information to you on the way.

6. Is the shipping door to door?
Normally we need you to offer the correct shipping address and cellphone number to make sure the mailman can get in touch with you, they will deliver the parcel to your door.
7. Is your shipping safe during the custom clearance?
We have shipped dresses to many countries and always prepared some basic document to make the parcel get through the custom smoothly. Of course, if you have any particular request for your country custom, just let us know, we are more than happy to do that.
8. Do I have to pay tax?
It is covered by receiver if any tax generated. We will cooperate on the document to help you do custom clearance. Thanks
9. Why I was charged more in credit card?
An international credit card transaction service fee could be charged by your bank except the total calculated in your order. The exact amount is depending on which card you use.
10. Why I was charged twice?
If you are double charged, that could be a bank authorization; it will be refunded automatically by your bank in a few days.
11. I was charged in CNY currency?
Yes, the credit card payment through our website could be charged in currency either CNY or USD. It's randomly switched by the payment company system gateway. Please be sure you can accept before you pay by credit card.
